Luanda, Nov 25 (Prensa Latina) Felix Tshisekedi, President of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), called on the African Union (AU) and the European Union (EU) to outline a more balanced and progressive partnership at the summit concluding in Angola on Tuesday.
