Bogota, Nov 24 (Prensa Latina) The first Farmer Agro-Food Territory (TECAM), located in the municipalities of Chimichagua, Tamalameque, and Pailitas, in the department of Cesar, is currently benefiting 214 farming families in that region of northeastern Colombia.
