CUBA hit back at slurs against it by the United States during the annual United Nations debate on Tuesday on the illegal US blockade against the Caribbean nation.

The UN was set to vote last night on a resolution condemning the decades-long US economic blockade on Cuba as the Trump administration intensifies its campaign to undermine Cuba’s sovereignty, including by threatening military intervention.
