Israelis do not give a fuck about Judaism. Many of the people doing this shit are secular. Religion is a shield for them.
Agreed but I would frame it as the secular and non-secular parts of Israeli society are pitted against one another to distract from a more meaningful analysis of what is happening in Israel and why.
