Ukraine Attacks Two Russian Factories and an Airfield
On Saturday, the Ukrainian military announced that it had attacked two factories in Oryol and Togliatti and an airfield in Yeisk, on the shores of the Sea of Azov, overnight.
One of the targets in Oryol was the Proton-Electrotex plant, a company that manufactures optoelectronic equipment and components for S-71 cruise missiles, Iskander-M ballistic missiles and Pantsir-S1 combat vehicles.
The factory attacked in Togliatti produces synthetic rubber and other materials that are also used in the manufacture of fuels for tactical and ballistic missiles.
