FRENCH police believe a gunman arrested today for shooting one person dead and wounding several more may have been racially motivated.Interior Minister Laurent Nunez called the attack a “deadly rampage” in Trappes, La Verriere, a suburb of Paris. He classified it as a “terrorist crime.”Among the wounded was a 12-year-old girl who sustained severe injuries.
