WELSH Liberal Democrats have to find a new leader after Jane Dodds announced today she will be standing down after nine years in the role.
Ms Dodds had some notable success as her party’s single Senedd member securing £100 million of funding from the then Welsh Labour government in return for her vote helping it get its Budget approved in 2025.
The deal with Ms Dodds included a promise to ban greyhound racing in Wales and a pilot of £1 bus fares for under-22s.
