Cuban Ambassador to the United Nations Ernesto Soberón Guzmán called out Marco Rubio for having “an unhealthy obsession with Cuba.” Guzmán also accused the US government of harassing and blackmailing countries to force them to change their vote at the annual UN resolution against the US blockade. The statement was delivered at an accredited press conference on Friday.
