“It’s a hell no.” “No, no, no.” “We’ll fight it tooth and nail.” Ahead of elections in Israel on 27 October, political parties were asked if they supported the establishment of a Palestinian state — either within Israel’s borders, or outside of it. The answer?  A unanimous, unequivocal no. On Novara Live, Dalia Gebrial argues that Western governents know that Israel does not want a Palestinian state, whoever is in charge.
