A Washington Post photojournalist was brutally beaten and attacked by Israeli settlers in the West Bank on Friday. Heidi Levine was in Ramallah documenting an attack on Palestinian villagers gathering their autumn harvest. Video shows journalist Jasper Nathaniel running up to her and helping her up, before leading her back to a group of Palestinians who carry her to safety. Levine was wearing a press jacket and clearly identifiable as a journalist. She was taken to a hospital for treatment shortly after the assault and is recovering.
