LEADERS of India’s “Cockroach” movement vowed to keep protesting today after they were released from a sweeping crackdown on demonstrators.

The most recent protests were triggered by a revision of electoral rolls, which has seen more than 130 million voters removed.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ruling Bharatiya Janata Party and the Election Commission deny manipulation allegations.
