Three years after Israel’s genocidal aggression on Gaza, massacres and mass destruction continue to take place on a daily basis. While many people in the US place the blame of the genocide on Netanyahu and his far-right government, Palestinian political activist Omar Assaf explains to BT’s Aseel Saleh, “The policy of genocide is not the policy of an individual or a policy of a current within the Israeli government. It rather reflects a general policy because the entire Zionist movement was founded on the exclusion of the Palestinian people.” Saleh also talks to President the Palestinian Journalists’ Syndicate Naser Abu Baker about the systematic targeting of journalists by Israel in the last three years and Raed Abu al-Hummus, head of the Palestinian Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs, about the Palestinian prisoners’ struggle.
