I used to love Novara, I was a regular supporter and shared and recommended vehemently. But Aaron has hit some kind of new height of smugness, he goies on about vape shops being a blight on the high street, that shit apology for piling on to Jason Arday with the mainstream press, bad takes, Maoism.
It seems like they’re getting chummier with the mainstream rather than opposing it these days. Ash as well, she’s had some woefully inadequate takes on big platforms. They just seem to be missing the mark at the moment. Still more reliable than most others, but there’s good competition for them now.
Stephen Methven, Kieran Andreiu and Helena are all boss though, for my money. Just worried about the organisation’s direction and corruptibility going forward.
