Dylan Law became the Greens’ deputy mayor of Hackney in May when he was just 20-years-old. But like all of his friends, he still lives at home with his parents. At the Green party conference in Brighton, he told Novara Media’s Clare Hymer that the cost of renting in London is “obscene” — and that Zack Polanski’s new policy of an “emergency brake” on rent hikes is the first step towards making housing in Hackney affordable.
