Venezuela on Thursday congratulated the government and people of China on the country’s National Day, reaffirming the friendship, cooperation and strategic partnership between the two nations.

The Venezuelan government said the occasion holds deep historical significance for China and recognized the achievements of the Chinese people.

The statement was published through the Venezuela’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Commerce.

The full text of the statement: The Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela extends its sincere congratulations to the Government and people of the People’s Republic of China on the occasion of its National Day.
On this day of profound historical significance for the Chinese nation, Venezuela recognizes the important achievements of the Chinese people while reaffirming the bonds of friendship, cooperation and strategic partnership that unite our two countries.
Venezuela wishes the Chinese people well-being and prosperity, as well as the continued strengthening of the fraternal friendship between our two nations.

Caracas also expressed its wishes for the well-being and prosperity of the Chinese people, while calling for the continued strengthening of the friendship between the two countries.

The Venezuelan government said its ties with China are defined by friendship, cooperation and strategic partnership, and reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening those relations.
