Honestly, I think things like this help with the midterms. Republicans are going to get hammered because of how massively unpopular the Iran War is (as well as Trump himself). Actions like this force Republican to publicly defend it, and let Democrats show that they’re pushing to resolve things one way or another.

It’s actually bad enough that even that wouldn’t matter. They’ve “successfully” impeached him before and if you look around you can see all that accomplished! Like the following:
If I recall the issue there was gop controlled senate which dictates punishment for impeachment. So unless midterms turns senate blue then yeah nothing other than history saying agent orange was most impeached president ever.
I haven’t even read the articles but I’m going to take a guess and say this Demonrat only has qualms about the handling of this war and says nothing about how fucking disastrous it was starting it in the first place.
