The misnamed, Israel-funded Zionist lobby group ‘Campaign against Antisemitism’ (CAA) has taken a break from threatening the Green party to insist Wembley Arena bow to its demands. CAA wants the venue to copy spineless musician Ed Sheeran and cancel Macklemore’s Palestine fundraiser concert scheduled for 30 October.

In a typically arrogant statement on X, CAA spewed that the pro-Palestine US rapper is beyond the pale because he calls for Palestinians to have the same rights, freedoms and self-determination as anyone else:
We are writing to Wembley Arena about its decision to host Macklemore.
Macklemore is not just a musician advocating for human rights.
He is a multi-millionaire with a large audience who chooses to defend rabid anti-Israel protesters and has appeared on stage in Germany and said that the only way for society to atone for the Holocaust is by calling for a “free Palestine”. Inflammatory actions like these only stoke the fires of antisemitism globally.
This is not an underdog speaking truth to power. This is a celebrity using the current trendy cause – the war between Israel and Hamas – to their advantage, and claiming to speak for the victims of the Holocaust in a truly repulsive way.
The foot-stamping comes against a backdrop of a new reverse-ad campaign on London transport continuing the mockery of Sheeran’s embarrassing and inexcusable spinelessness toward the Israel lobby:

The CAA has been described as one of the UK’s two main apartheid lobby groups. It’s not hard to see why — the Israel-funded group habitually acts as an apologist for Israel’s genocide and apartheid and treats opposition to them as antisemitic. Its CEO has been caught trying to set up anti-genocide protesters.
The CAA’s attempt to cast Macklemore as the powerful figure abusing his privilege, after he was just cancelled by half-billionaire Sheeran and multi-billionaire Robert Kraft, would be amusing if it wasn’t so foul and hubristic. And it is falling deservedly flat.
Israel-Bot flood
Just as the Kraft-Sheeran cancellation of Macklemore backfired and amplified the rapper’s message of solidarity with a people facing a racist extermination campaign, the CAA’s stunt is providing a loudspeaker. Racist lobbyists and bots are swarming the Arena’s post to try to pressure the venue, so readers may want to post their own response to make clear that the genocide-supporters are a tiny minority.
But the CAA campaign itself is falling flat, with few paying it any attention at all and those who are watching roundly deriding it and its racist, murderous ideology:

And the tour is growing. A day before the Wembley gig, Macklemore will be playing similar concerts in Dublin and Paris just before he arrives in London. A great time will no doubt be had by all while raising funds for Palestinians — much to the teeth-grinding fury of the friends of genocide.
As long, of course, as the venues have even a little more spine than Ed Sheeran.
