The Venezuela’s government, under the leadership of Acting President Delcy Rodríguez, has completed the rehabilitation of 339 homes across three states as part of the Venezuela Rises Plan, aimed at assisting families affected by the dual earthquakes of June 24.

On September 17, Acting President Delcy Rodríguez oversaw the delivery of 339 rehabilitated homes in Caracas, La Guaira, and Aragua states.

From the Santa Teresa parish in Caracas, Acting President Rodríguez handed over 96 recovered properties and approved credits for 20 condominium associations. These financial resources will support structural repairs in buildings damaged by the earthquakes. In La Guaira, regional authorities announced funding for 57 condominium associations covering 70 buildings, directly benefiting 1,647 families in the coastal region, one of the most affected areas.
In Aragua, 92 apartments in the Cuatricentenaria Tower of the Aragua Valley were rehabilitated. Additionally, infrastructure teams are addressing recovery work in the San Isidro Tower in Maracay. The national government emphasized that the plan includes the construction of new housing solutions and the allocation of transitional single-family homes. This strategy aims to gradually vacate the camps where earthquake victims are currently housed.
