The Organizing Committee of the Havana International Fair (FIHAV) announced the launch of the official platform for the 42nd edition of FIHAV 2026. The event will take place from November 24 to 26 in a virtual format via the URL www.cuba.feriahabana.cu.

Organizers stated that the decision to hold the fair virtually is a response to the economic context resulting from multidimensional aggression and current contingencies. Nevertheless, they emphasized that this edition demonstrates Cuba’s continued progress in its economic and social transformations and opens its doors—now virtually—to ongoing business activities.
Oscar Pérez-Oliva Fraga, Deputy Prime Minister and President of the Organizing Committee, noted that this event aims to maintain continuity for a strategic occasion in the Cuban economy, despite the complex current situation.
On the platform, exhibitors will be able to showcase products and services, compete for awards, and participate in the FIHAV 2026 program. Additionally, the virtual space will facilitate online presentations, product launches, and thematic conferences to foster business among attendees.
Official delegations will also have the opportunity to present their commercial interests through this virtual space, according to authorities.

FIHAV 2026 will feature thematic areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Energy Transition, Tourism, and “Made in Cuba.” It will also include a pavilion for stands representing Cuba’s various territories, alongside the customary country-organized pavilions for stands belonging to foreign and Cuban businesspeople.
Furthermore, the platform will allow users to view business meetings organized by Cuban diplomatic and consular missions abroad, where the participation of official delegations is expected.
The Ministry of Foreign Trade announced that an in-person session will be held on November 26 at the Convention Center. The day’s agenda includes an update to the Portfolio of Business Opportunities with Foreign Capital, a hybrid (in-person and virtual) business matchmaking session, and meetings with Cuban businesspeople—both resident in Cuba and abroad—as well as foreign businesspeople currently in the country. According to the event platform, registration closes on November 10, as confirmed by the organizers.
FIHAV, held since 1984, has established itself as the largest multi-sector trade fair in Cuba and the Caribbean, attracting participants from over 60 countries annually. The 2026 edition reinforces its role as a showcase for ongoing economic and social transformations and as a platform for attracting foreign investment, modernizing trade, and strengthening international ties.
