Cuba’s University of Havana kicked off the school year on Monday, where at least 4,000 new students have started their academic journeys. But this new academic year will present students with even more difficulties, as Trump’s fuel blockade brings more frequent blackouts and the administration continues to tighten its chokehold on the island.
