A decade of human rights violations is documented in an exhibit launched by Dekada, a coalition of victims’ families, human rights organizations, and allies, running from August 14 to September 5, 2026.

The exhibit serves as a living archive and memorial to the victims and their bereaved families, with artists, journalists, and advocacy groups helping build a space for solidarity and collective remembrance.

It has been ten years since Oplan Tokhang was implemented under the administration of Rodrigo Duterte, yet justice remains elusive for families of victims in the Philippines.

Duterte is currently in the custody of the International Criminal Court after it found reasonable grounds to believe that he bears responsibility for widespread killings during his terms as Davao City mayor and president.
