Britain’s police state has struck another low after targeting peaceful activists for dawn raids and arrests under ‘terrorism’ suspicions. Police are seen on door-cams arriving to arrest or notify ‘terror suspects’.

In one video clip, counter-terror police arrive under Section 12 of the Terrorism Act 2000. They say, in the politely disarming manner of the British police state, that they’re just here to notify of a “summons”.
In the same video, a Defend Our Juries activist gave the following powerful speech:
I’m here today because I know that saving lives isn’t terrorism. Dropping bombs on starving families in tents in the rubble is terrorism. Smashing windows or splashing paint, or even trying to destroy deadly drones, isn’t terrorism. We know that.
Trying to stop Israeli weapons from being manufactured in the UK, as the now-proscribed and disbanded direct action group Palestine Action group did, is certainly more in line with international law than anything our government has done.
It absolutely wasn’t terrorism, despite our government eventually finding enough judges to rule it was. Shame upon them. I therefore supported, and support, Palestine Action as a moral decision. As an act of conscience. As an act of dissent against our increasingly authoritarian government.
I recommend that everyone who has a moral conscience, including any police officers here, who cares about civil liberties for anybody in the UK, joins me in supporting them as well.
I oppose genocide. I support Palestine Action.
Police repeatedly target Defend Our Juries, a campaign group fighting the ever-expanding encroachment of supposedly anti-terror laws. It’s at the forefront of contesting Palestine Action-related ‘terror’ arrests.
British police have now made over 3,500 arrests in relation to Palestine Action. The non-violent direct action group was proscribed, alongside groups like ISIS and Al-Qaeda, following intense lobbying pressure.
Lobbying pressure came from Zionist elements and Elbit Systems, the Israeli weapons firm targeted by Palestine Action. Foreign Office officials met with Elbit weapons lobbyists, inseparably linked to the Zionist state, multiple times prior to the group’s banning.
