An NBC News crew was attacked on camera by masked Israeli settlers in the occupied West Bank on Saturday. The team was interviewing 51-year-old Aida Ahmed Abdullah, who had been forcibly expelled from her home. At least four men exited a car with Israeli plates and surrounded the group near Jalud before smashing the crew’s windshield. They beat Abdullah and the NBC team with sticks and rocks, leaving Abdullah unconscious. She was later treated by the Red Crescent. Correspondent Matt Bradley was hit in the arm, and his crew also sustained minor injuries. The United Nations has recorded over 1,000 settler attacks causing casualties or property damage in the occupied West Bank so far in 2026.
