On August 22, a group of community members were observing and recording a series of ICE detentions in the Greektown neighborhood of Baltimore City. ICE agents then approached and began to manhandle one of the women who was recording on her phone. Agents pushed her up against a wall, cuffed and detained her, blatantly violating her First Amendment right to record their activity.
