Caracas, Nov 13 (Prensa Latina) The process for forming the Comprehensive Bolivarian Base Committees (CBBI) will conclude on Thursday, after five days in which millions of people participated in the election of these new structures of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV).
