It’s not “backlash against anti-racism”, it’s fucking racism. Just fucking say it already.
Racists ALWAYS pretend they’re a reactionary movement justifiably lashing out at those who have aggrieved them. They’re not a reactionary movement - they’re the instigators. Woke politics didn’t cause the division of the country, racists did.
The problem isn’t that the country is woke. The problem is that it hasn’t woken up enough to finally abandon the idiocy of racist ideology.
