The owners of the Norgate apartment complex, which comprises 1,108 apartments in Montreal‘s Saint-Laurent neighbourhood, are seeking an injunction against the “Norgate and Chameran Tenants’ Assembly” (an entity that does not exist), the group Offensive Populaire (known in English as Off the Defensive), and an activist who has spoken out against the Norgate owners in the media.
