Venezuela marks two months since the double earthquake of June 24 with an uninterrupted humanitarian deployment, 335 homes delivered and 59,109 structures inspected across the country, according to official government figures.
Given the scale of the natural disaster, humanitarian and government assistance deployments have been operating uninterrupted since the first hours of the disaster.
Venezuelan technical evaluation teams completed the inspection of 59,109 homes throughout the country. Of that total, 34,638 structures were declared habitable, 13,733 present restricted conditions and 10,696 remain in high-risk situations.

Under the Venezuela Rises Plan, the Bolivarian government delivered 335 homes to families who suffered total losses. The government also maintains 107 temporary camps with an installed capacity for 28,223 people, according to the care balance issued by the social vice presidency.
Environmental sanitation represents another front of action. Authorities have collected 528,222.30 tons of debris, which amounts to 25.15% overall progress in cleaning the affected zones.

La Guaira, the state most affected by the devastating tremors, has cleared main roads and commercial areas, gradually restoring daily life along the coastline.
Social fortitude is backed both by the response of the Venezuelan government, led by Acting President Delcy Rodríguez, and by currents of solidarity. Citizens from different states of Venezuela have mobilized toward La Guaira to deliver supplies directly to affected families, consolidating communal support networks that also accompany the process of collective healing after the loss of infrastructure and relatives.
Beyond domestic emergency support, Venezuelans received humanitarian assistance from various countries around the world. The government ratifies its commitment to continue providing the productive, social and infrastructural tools necessary to consolidate the integral rebirth of the affected zones.
Following this, the Venezuelan government activated the second phase of the financing plan for entrepreneurs and traders in La Guaira. After a first stage that served 1,766 service providers dedicated to stabilizing supply and local tourism, this new opportunity saw the delivery of 478 direct credits directed at formal trade and entrepreneurs.
Education infrastructure is also among the top priorities of the reconstruction phase. Through the deployment of the Military Community Brigades for Education and Health (Bricomiles, in Spanish), the National Government activated a comprehensive plan to repair 1,000 educational facilities throughout the country.
In La Guaira, after a thorough inspection of more than 300 plants, 167 schools were diagnosed as damaged, and it was determined that the 11 structures that completely collapsed will be rebuilt from scratch through a special program. Immediately, a joint workforce of 2,000 workers began the maintenance and repair work in the first 102 schools classified with minor damage or yellow label.
This plan includes a six-week implementation target to make the spaces fully fit before the start of the new school year, directly benefiting 22,752 students in 27 small schools, 62 medium schools and 12 large educational complexes.
