In a joint statement released by the Emirati news agency WAM, the foreign ministers of these eight countries affirmed that Israel’s position hinders peace efforts and impedes the implementation of US President Donald Trump’s plan.

The foreign ministers underscored the need for the United States to uphold its commitment to ensuring compliance with the planned agreements, blaming Israel for the consequences of any delays or obstruction.

The statement stressed the importance of fully and immediately implementing the plan to address the humanitarian situation, advance Gaza’s reconstruction, and contribute to regional security and stability.

The eight countries also called for progress toward the second phase of the initiative, which includes consolidating the cessation of hostilities, withdrawing Israeli forces, deploying an international stabilization force, and transferring the administration to the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza (NCAG).
