RUGBY LEAGUE: Five-time Super League winner Tommy Makinson will retire at the end of the season.The 34-year-old former England wing has made 40 appearances for current club Catalans Dragons since joining from St Helens last year.He spent 14 seasons with Saints, winning Super League titles in 2014, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022, in addition to the Challenge Cup in 2021 and a memorable World Club Challenge victory over Penrith Panthers in 2023.
