FILIP NOWACKI admitted celebrating a breakout Commonwealth Games in Glasgow has been the furthest thing from his mind as he gears up for the European Aquatics Championships in Paris this week.

It has been a whirlwind past couple of weeks for the teenager, who claimed silver in the men’s 100 metres breaststroke, nudging mentor and three-time Olympic champion Adam Ramsay-Peaty into bronze.
