On Novara Live, Helena argues the guidelines from the Equality and Human Rights Commission (ECHR) asks for people to become “toilet police” – which will only lead to false accusations based on appearance. Dalia Gebrial adds that excluding trans people is a form of “legal segregation” based on the idea that they’re “inherently dangerous”.
