THE National Eisteddfod was officially opened on Monday in Llantood, north Pembrokeshire, as thousands enjoyed their free copy of the Morning Star’s Welsh language special edition.
Archdruid Meredid Hopwood spoke about peace and how money is spent on the military while many people live in poverty.
She also spoke against the deep space radar installation planned for Pembrokeshire DARC.
