Israeli forces killed at least three Palestinians, among them two children, and wounded more than a dozen others in three separate strikes across the Gaza Strip early Thursday, according to local medical sources.

Around 03:00, a residential building in the central Al Bureij area was hit, killing a minor identified as Zeid Mohamed Nofal and wounding additional individuals, Al Shifa hospital staff reported.

A second bombardment, carried out at nearly 04:00 in the southern Mawasi refugee camp, claimed the lives of 20-year-old Abdula Naser Abdel Fatah Al Balawi and 8-year-old Retil Mahmiud Musa Abdula, per Al Naser hospital sources.

In a separate incident, a suicide drone struck western Gaza City at 02:30, wounding thirteen people – eight of whom were minors – who were subsequently transferred to Al Shifa for treatment, according to the same medical centre.

The latest strikes occurred in spite of a ceasefire established in October 2025. During the current truce period, Israeli forces have killed over 1,200 Gazans using a combination of airstrikes, artillery, and ground-position fire.
