Thursday marked the second day of protests in Madison, Wisconsin in response to the police killing of Corey Ruiz, a 38-year-old Black man. Ruiz was shot three times in the head at point blank range while surrounded by four cops the day before. Community members are demanding the immediate arrest of the officer who killed Ruiz.
