Santa Marta, Colombia, Nov 9 (Prensa Latina) Cuban Vice President Salvador Valdes Mesa denounced the escalating warmongering by the United States in the Caribbean and asserted that the region must be preserved as a Zone of Peace, as proclaimed in 2014.
