Kremlin Says Struck Wildberries Warehouses Are Civilian Targets.
On Tuesday, Gov. Alexander Shuvaev confirmed that 10 people were killed and 79 injured in Ukrainian drone attacks on Russia’s Belgorod region.

The attacks on three districts of the region killed one civilian and wounded two others, according to the regional operational headquarters.
Shuvaev said that 183 drones were shot down over the region in the past day as Ukraine carried out seven shelling attacks using multiple launch rocket systems and artillery and dropped explosives from drones twice.
The Belgorod region has been subjected to intensifying Ukrainian drone attacks in the later stages of the Russia-Ukraine conflict. According to daily reports from local authorities, more than 90 drones were shot down over the region each day during the past week alone.
The Russian Defense Ministry reported that 209 Ukrainian drones were shot down over multiple regions of the country overnight.

On Tuesday, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov insisted that the warehouses of e-commerce giant Wildberries that were struck by Ukraine are civilian targets.
The latest of those attacks against Wildberries occurred Monday, when Ukrainian drones set fire to a warehouse 30 kilometers (19 miles) south of the Russian capital.
Earlier Tuesday, a fire broke out at another Wildberries warehouse in the Leningrad region, which borders the city of St. Petersburg, although the cause remains unknown.
On Saturday, Ukrainian forces attacked facilities north of Moscow and in the Tambov region, leaving about 10 people dead and more than 50 injured.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy justified the attacks on the logistics centers, saying they were being used to ship components for drone manufacturing and other military-use parts.
