Attacks on several provinces left one dead and several wounded.
In the early hours of Monday, U.S. attacks killed at least one person and left several wounded in the Iranian provinces of East Azerbaijan and West Azerbaijan.

Director of East Azarbaijan’s crisis management department said that a military area southwest of the provincial capital Tabriz was attacked at 2:35 a.m. local time Monday, leaving one dead and several others wounded.
Hamed Saffari, director of West Azarbaijan’s crisis management department, said that a location in Silvaneh District of Urmia County was hit in a U.S. airstrike, which left several people injured.
New agency Fars also reported explosions in several other Iranian provinces early Monday. Ehsan Jahanian, Bushehr’s deputy governor for security affairs, said two military sites in Khormoj, were struck in two waves. The attacks caused temporary power outages in parts of the city, with electricity restored within minutes.
The US military carried out its ninth consecutive night of strikes on Iran, targeting military command centres, air defence systems and coastal surveillance facilities, according to CENTCOM.

Bushehr Governor Mohammad Mozaffari said the provincial capital was hit twice within a short period on Monday morning. He said no casualties had been reported and that further details would be released after damage assessments were completed.
Fars also reported explosions in Chabahar and Konarak counties in southeastern Iran, Sirik County in the south, and Bandar-e Mahshahr County in the southwest.
Over the past few days, the U.S. Army has launched several waves of strikes against Iran’s southern provinces, claiming that the attacks are in response to the Iranian armed forces’ targeting of vessels in the Strait of Hormuz, and aimed at “degrading Iran’s ability to threaten commercial shipping.” Iran has responded with waves of missile and drone attacks targeting U.S. military bases and facilities in the region.
