    While this might seem hopeful, this part of the article is very relevant here:

    He added that he is currently in “an active conversation” with the city’s Law Department on the issue. “Whatever the law allows me to do in New York City, that’s what we will do, but we won’t be writing our own laws to that end."

    He will try to have Netanyahu arrested, but only within the bounds of existing law.

    Honestly I don’t see why he wouldn’t write the laws to allow himself to do it; both dems and the GOP rewrite laws to make things worse all the time.
