Hundreds rallied on Tuesday in front of an ICE detention facility in Scarborough, Maine, just 20 minutes from where Joan Sebastián Guerrero was killed by federal agents the day before. Protests have erupted across the country in response to both Guerrrero’s killing and the killing of Lorenzo Salgado Araujo in Houston last week.
