“We promise you to avenge your pure blood and the blood of all the martyrs of these two wars by retaliating against the criminal and dishonorable murderers. This is the demand of our nation and, without a doubt, it must be fulfilled,” said the new leader in a written message, reported by the state agency IRNA and the first after the funeral.

He assured that now, “with eyes full of tears and a broken heart,” they bid farewell to his body, although he promised to “preserve his school of thought.”

“These criminals, whose names are fully documented from the highest to the lowest ranks, will take to the grave the dream of dying peacefully in their beds,” he maintained.

Likewise, he wanted to “sincerely thank the tens of millions of people whose historic and extraordinary presence filled the cities and towns of Iran and Iraq, especially Tehran, Qom, Najaf, Karbala, and Mashhad,” where Khamenei, who died on the first day of the war, February 28, initiated by the United States and Israel, was finally buried.

On the other hand, Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson, Esmail Baqai, emphasized the constant vigilance of the Iranian armed forces at strategic points across the country.

In a message on the social network X, Baqai stated that Iran’s defenders are alert on coasts, islands, and borders, monitoring the enemy to safeguard national security. He expressed his gratitude and recognition to these combatants for their dedication and sacrifice, concluding with a divine blessing for them.
