A resident of Tyrone Township, MI confronted local officials with a simple question: Have you signed an NDA with any private party regarding developments that could affect the township? In many other cases, Big Tech companies have gotten local officials to sign NDAs regarding the development of data center in particular. But the majority of the township’s officials refused to answer. Later, another resident accosted the officials about the lack of communication about a potential of data center project. He declared “There’s not gonna be a data center in Tyrone Township.”
