“We launched the “Venezuela Rises Again” plan to restore homes affected by the double earthquake. We have begun the simultaneous rehabilitation of buildings in Caracas and several states across the country so that families can safely return to their homes.

This is the effort of a united Venezuela: workers, engineers, architects, students, institutions and the technical support of countries with experience in seismic matters, combining capabilities to advance the recovery.

Venezuela will rise again through solidarity, work and the hope of a people who never give up,” she stressed.

The “Venezuela Rises Again” plan brings together the operational capabilities of previous social programs such as the Great New Neighborhood, Tricolor Neighborhood Mission, the Together Everything Is Possible Corporation, and the Beautiful Venezuela Mission.
