The president pointed out that the State’s priority objective is to allocate these funds directly to the comprehensive reconstruction of the areas affected by the earthquakes of June 24.

During her operational deployment, the interim head of state announced the creation of a special fund with the sovereign money retained in international banks due to the financial blockade by the West.

Rodríguez emphasized the urgency for Venezuela to recover its free economic capacity to boost the structural recovery process and guarantee the social development of vulnerable communities.

From the unified command post on Bolivar Avenue in Caracas, the president toured various sectors within the framework of the strategic lines of the Great Venezuela Renace Mission.

The national Executive, in close coordination with presidential commissions and local authorities, ordered the deployment of university brigades to expedite habitability technical studies in the affected sectors.

To optimize assistance efforts, the Bolivarian Government implemented a centralized geographic information system that unifies real-time reports of structural damage in the civil states.

This technological tool allows for a precise evaluation of the damages in Miranda, Aragua, Carabobo, Falcón, and Yaracuy, facilitating the immediate assignment of transitory camps.

As part of the economic contingency plan, the national Executive activated 10 productive engines in a strategic alliance with the private sector and the productive forces of the country. This measure includes granting preferential credits through the mortgage portfolio with an 80% state subsidy and total exemption from notary fees for the acquisition of homes.
