In the Western Alaska community of Chevak, Ulrick Jeffrey Ulroan wore many hats — mayor, coach of the boys and girls basketball team and school shop instructor. He later became a pilot and moved to Nome, where Alaska State Troopers arrested him on dozens of sex crime charges.
