On 17 June, Rupert Lowe’s Restore Britain published its ‘Rape Gang Inquiry Report‘. Many have highlighted problems with this report, with the key issue being a made up figure of 250,000 victims. And as they say, “a lie will fly around the whole world while the truth is getting its boots on”:
Deceptive Restore
An important thing to note about the report is that it contains interviews and testimonies from real victims. Our criticism of the report is not a criticism of them; it’s a criticism of Restore using their pain as cover for blatant misinformation:
“250,000 girls raped by Muslim gangs”

The report also ignores victims of colour and white perpetrators:

As the Master Debunker account noted, other issues include:
Over-extension of conviction data: It takes solid conviction samples (e.g. 84% South Asian in reviewed cases) and stretches them into wider claims about overall perpetrator proportions that the data cannot fully support.

Even those on the right who have investigated ‘rape gangs‘ have criticised the report, including Adam Wren, who said:
I think it’s risky, for example to publish a report talking about ‘red rooms’ and girls being killed on livestream when streaming over the dark web is basically impossible and journalists have searched for years trying to find them and failed.
He also said that a:
lot of american accounts in particular don’t seem to understand that this isn’t some official report — it’s already extant information with testimony from people that chose to approach the inquiry and some religious/political opinion commentary.
He’s right to have this worry, because this is exactly what we’re seeing.
Global reaction
Matt Walsh of the Daily Wire is using the figures contained within the report to diminish the crimes of the Epstein class:

Asmongold is famous for the ‘dead rat alarm clock‘. If you don’t know what that is, it’s when you leave a dead rat in your room, and you get up when the hot Texas sun makes your room stink so bad that sleep becomes impossible.
Unsurprisingly, Asmongold also has bad ideas about women:

Musk is notorious for being a freak about women. As the Atlantic reported:
Musk has an undisclosed number of children that is likely well above the 14 already publicly known, and he’s shown no obvious intention to stop sowing his seed.
But perhaps more interesting than the presence of contracts between Musk and his harem of mothers is the apparent absence of traditional family ties. He appears to acknowledge few, if any, bonds of genuine duty and responsibility among family members, much less bonds of care or love.
Musk seems to have reduced traditional family relationships to mere financial arrangements, undermining longtime conservative agreement around the importance of family.
Musk also tweeted then deleted this:
He’s friends with Trump again now, of course. This isn’t surprising, because we learned that Musk himself was in the Epstein Files. Specifically, he kept trying to meet up with the now-dead paedophile at his island:

Oh, and Musk’s Grok AI also generated Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) for Twitter users, and the trillionaire initially refused to prevent it from doing so.
Opportunism
It’s clear that the men who are pointing at these made up figures don’t care about the real women at the centre of this. And it’s equally clear that nothing will get better for women and girls if a man like Rupert Lowe gains power in the UK.
