A police officer in Senatobia, Mississippi shot and killed one-year-old Kohen Wiley in a Wal-Mart parking lot over an alleged shoplifting incident. This is just the latest in a long list of violent incidents involving Senatobia police over the years.

Taxpayer funded resources (ebt, medicaid, section 8) already protect their shareholders. Thats how they secure profit to begin with.
