MEN’S BASKETBALL: The New York Knicks take a 2-0 lead over San Antonio Spurs into tomorrow morning’s third leg of the best-of-seven NBA Finals on their Madison Square Garden court. Karl-Anthony Towns top-scored with 21 points and had 13 rebounds as the Knicks gained a narrow 105-104 victory at San Antonio in game two and extended their winning run to 12 matches. The Knicks have not been NBA champions since 1973.
