MEN’S BASKETBALL: Jalen Brunson top-scored with 30 points as the New York Knicks produced a late surge to win 105-95 at San Antonio in this morning’s first game of the best-of-seven NBA Finals. Victor Wembanyama netted 26 points and had 12 rebounds for San Antonio. The second game of the final tips off in San Antonio early on Saturday with the Knicks looking to extend their 12-match unbeaten run.
