Bogota, November 3 (Prensa Latina) The Colombian Navy ship ARC Victoria will set sail from the northern port of Cartagena with 246 tons of food, hygiene products, mosquito nets, milk, water, and fuel to be delivered to Cuba, a country recently battered by Hurricane Melissa.
